Cancellation

We allow for order cancellations prior to product production. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided. However, orders cannot be canceled once the wigs have been manufactured or shipped out.

How to Exchange or Return?

  1. To initiate a return, you must first contact us via email at [email protected] within 60 days from the date of order delivery.
  2. It is important to repackage your items in the same manner that they were received and ensure that they are securely boxed.
  3. We will provide you with the appropriate address for the return shipment, and kindly request that you label the package to reflect its contents.

Note:

Custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for a refund within 60 days. And if the return is initiated by the consumer, they will be responsible for the shipping fee, which will vary based on the chosen express company.

However, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not be required to cover the shipping fee associated with such a return. Furthermore, no restocking fee will be charged to consumers returning a product.

Refund

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you notification to acknowledge the receipt. We will also inform you of the status of your refund, whether it has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, the appropriate amount will be processed and automatically credited back to your original method of payment, such as your credit card, within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please begin by double-checking your bank account. Following that, we recommend contacting your credit card company, as there might be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

Additionally, it would be advisable to reach out to your bank, as they may have their own processing time for refunds. If you have completed these steps and have yet to receive your refund, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
